E'scents Bath and Body used 100% Shea Butter and the highest grade Butter Cream essential oil as well as the finest quality organic coconut oil, Vitamin E oil and almond oil. Since melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery, please understand that we cannot be responsible for melted products. We have the same problem as companies who make and ship fine chocolates during summer months. We suggest that you stock up on your favorite products between October and April when the weather is cooler. This body butter product must be kept in a cool dry place. If the body butter should melt during transit (as does butter), simply refrigerate until solid again.
There is no refund on this product. Weather conditions and shipping conditions are great this time of year. Since we cannot control the heat during the months May-September, it is suggested that our customers by during the months of October-April.
